Founded in 2000, Covtex-Feizy has utilized the most modern weaving techniques to become the most recognizable name in the power loomed floor covering industry. We’ve become well known for producing distinctive and innovative designs at a great value. Our state-of-the-art factory is located in Gaziantep, Turkey, just one hour via air from Istanbul and a half-day’s journey by land to the nearest major shipping port, Mersin.
Always at the vanguard of the industry, Covtex-Feizy’s rugs can be woven in polypropylene, viscose, acrylic and wool fibers and are available in a vast array of vibrant colors, ground-breaking designs and rich textures. From new takes on classic designs to contemporary originals, Covtex-Feizy can produce it all.
Our Design Team uses the latest in computer-aided design technology to keep Covtex-Feizy at the forefront of the industry with regard to patterns and manufacturing techniques. Our fully automated Van de Wiele looms, shuttleless jacquard-style machines, and are able to produce 4500 square meters per day.
Thousands of computer-controlled bobbins work in harmony to produce each intricate design. Capable of weaving eight to ten colors at a time, only the finest polypropylene, olefin, acrylic, viscose and wool blend threads are used. With the most current finishing machines, a warehouse capacity of over 150,000 square meters and bar code tracking for each and every piece housed in our facility, it is easy to understand why Covtex-Feizy is the one and only resource for the finest power loomed rugs.
